ISSW – Simple switch for integer signals

Function Description
The ISSW block is a simple switch for integer input signals i1 and i2 whose decision variable is
the binary input SW. If SW is off, then the output n is equal to the i1 signal. If SW is on, then
the output n is equal to the i2 signal.
This block propagates the signal quality. More information can be found in the 1.4 section.
